Who we are

WATAD (وَتَد, WATAD Automation & AI) is a Baghdad company that builds AI assistants and automation systems. This policy explains what we receive when you message the WATAD assistant on WhatsApp or contact us from this website, and what we do with it.

What we receive

• Your WhatsApp number and the name on your account.
• The messages and voice notes you send to the assistant.
• Booking details if you book: the service, the day and the time.

Why we use it

To answer you, book and remind you of your appointment, and follow up on your request. Nothing else, and no marketing messages unless you ask for them.

AI providers

So that the assistant can understand you, the text of your request (or your voice note) is sent to a language-model provider. It receives the request only, not your number or your records. The booking itself is decided by our system, not by the model.

How long we keep it

Conversations are kept for up to 12 months after the last message and then deleted, or earlier if you ask us to delete them.

We do not sell your data

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. It only reaches the services we need to operate: the WhatsApp platform, the language-model provider and our hosting.

Access, correction and deletion

Send “delete my data” (or your request) on WhatsApp to +964 782 589 6045, or email watad8ai@gmail.com. We act on it within 30 days and confirm to you.

This website

This site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. The contact form stores nothing; it only opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary technical logs such as IP addresses to protect the service.
